How do e-Statements work?
Instead of receiving your Geddes paper statements by mail each month, you can elect to receive them online in electronic format. Your online statement will look just like the paper statements you currently receive in the mail and will include images of your paid checks. There is no cost to sign up for e-Statements, and it only takes a few minutes to get started!

Who can sign up for e-Statements?
If you are enrolled in Geddes Federal "Online Banking", you are eligible to receive e-Statements. If you have an account, but have not started using the Geddes Federal "Online Banking" program yet, you can sign up from the convenience of your own home. The service is FREE, and will allow you 24/7 access to your account(s). Once you are setup with your Geddes Federal "Online Banking", you will be able to sign up for e-Statements.

Will I need any special software to view my e-Statements?
To view your e Statements, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader currently installed, you can download a FREE version by clicking here.

How do I enroll for e-Statements?
You will need to first log on to your Geddes Federal Online account and click on "Statements."
Next, you will follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the button at the top of the page that says "e-Statements".
  2. Read the disclosure.
  3. On the same screen, open the "Example Statement".
  4. Copy the "code" at the top of this example statement.
  5. Place the "confirmation code" into the field on the screen.
  6. Click "I Agree".
  7. Select delivery option of e Statement or Paper for each account.
  8. Confirm details and Click "Enroll" on the last screen (not shown).

You are now ready to start viewing all of your available online statements. We recommend that you either print or save a copy of each statement for future reference. Once you have clicked the enroll button, you are set to receive e-Statements.

Paper statements will discontinue unless you are a Secondary Account Holder. A Secondary Account Holder may receive e-statements, however; the Primary Account Holder will continue to receive paper statements until they agree to e-Statements.

When will my e- Statements be available to view?
Your monthly e-statement will be available the same day that it would normally have mailed. With e- Statements, you will be able to view them days earlier because there will not be any delays for the mailing. Several months of statements will be available at the click of a mouse.

How to receive your e-Statements?
You will receive an email that your e-Statement is available to view. It is your responsibility to review each statement provided through Online Banking.

How far back will I be able to see my statements?
e-Statement history will begin with the January 2018 statement. A history of 18 months will be available starting with the June 2019 statement.

How do I update my email address?
Email addresses are not editable within e Statements. You will need to update your email Address within Online Banking.
