Everyone here at Geddes Federal hopes that you and your loved ones are well. We have all been impacted by the coronavirus. Life as we know it has changed and change, even temporary change, is difficult.
Taking care of our customers and employees has always been our top priority. Our staff is family; many of our customers are like family. We enjoy seeing you when you come in to do your banking. But in order to keep both our customers and employees safe we have had to make some temporary changes in how we do business.
Although our Westvale Plaza lobby is closed, our improved teller-staffed drive thru is available to serve you; as are online service, our mobile app, and telephone banking. Our night drop and ATMs in the front and the back of the building are accessible 24 hours a day. We also encourage you to take advantage of our fee-free ATM network wherever you see an AllPoint logo.
Our Manlius location is currently closed due to temporary staffing issues, but the drive thru and the ATM should be operational at that location soon. We will post updates on this.
In the meantime, please call us at 315-468-6281 to discuss any banking need. You’ll be happy to know that, as always, a person will still answer the phone when you call.
Our mortgage department is available to serve you. Call for an appointment and we can set up a phone conference to discuss your loan needs and recommend options that may be the best fit for you.
We appreciate your patience as we adapt to what seems to be an ever-changing environment. We want to assure that we are here and we’re working as hard as ever for you. Geddes Federal has been here for over 70 years and will be here to serve all your banking needs for years to come.
