To our loyal customers:
2020 has been a challenging year so far! Geddes Federal has remained open through it all, but we have had to adjust the way we serve you. We have all had to adapt the way we live our lives, and the way we conduct business. Your patience and understanding throughout this pandemic means more to us than you’ll ever know.
As we have been social distancing, many of our customers have discovered that they can conduct their banking seamlessly through use of our extensive ATM network; our on-line banking, mobile app with remote check deposit, and bill pay options. This is in addition to the personal service that Geddes Federal has been noted for in the past.
We have adapted the way we serve our customers with everyone’s health and safety in mind. To that end, the following processes are now in place:
- All customers who wish to enter the lobbies will need an appointment. Masks are required. Our employees who are working with customers will also be wearing masks.
- After each customer is assisted, the service area will be sanitized.
- Common areas will be sanitized on an ongoing basis throughout the day.
If you have any questions about further health protocols, please feel free to call with questions in advance of your visit.
Our lobbies will look a little different to you. To promote social distancing, some furniture has been rearranged; floor markings denote six foot distances and traffic flow; acrylic dividers have been installed between the customer and the employee; and a limited number of customers will be admitted into the lobby at a time. We ask for your continued support as we adapt our procedures to create an environment that is healthy, safe and still responsive to our customers’ needs.
