Slowly but surely, the Country is starting to reopen. It still seems like we have a long way to go before things start feeling normal, but we are making progress. Throughout the pandemic, Geddes Federal has worked very hard to make sure our customers and our employees stay safe.
For the last several months, we have been welcoming customers into our branches to complete teller transactions, meet with customer service representatives and mortgage originators. Our lobby procedures change whenever conditions change. We encourage you to check with us for lobby admittance procedures before you stop by.
Customers who are not comfortable coming into the branches have handled transactions easily at our drive-thru and on-line & mobile banking. Mortgage customers are finding the new on-line mortgage application process convenient and easy to use.
Geddes Federal has also made improvements to its facilities. You will see acrylic sneeze guards at our teller stations, and on each customer service or loan originator’s desk. We have also made improvements to our ventilation system to clean the air inside our branches.
One thing the pandemic has taught all of us is to prepare for the unexpected.
