Rates are subject to change without notice.  Rates are based on a 1-2 family, owner-occupied, primary residence.  Please call us regarding secondary residences or investment properties.  Rates shown above assume up to a maximum CLTV of 80%.  For CLTV between 81-90%, add on an additional .50%.  The payments do not include amounts for taxes and insurance premiums, including flood insurance, if applicable, and the actual payment obligation will be greater.  There are no closing costs.  No closing costs includes items such as appraisal, credit report fees, recording fees and mortgage tax.  No closing costs does not include the initial abstract continuation fee and interest due at closing.  If you pay off your loan within the first two years of the loan, you must reimburse us for the closing costs paid on your behalf. Subject to satisfactory appraisal and loan approval.  At maturity, you must pay the amount of any remaining loan balance outstanding.
