Lobby Opening Strategy
Now that our community is “restarting” we are planning to carefully “reopen” our lobbies for teller transactions. For the time being our Mortgage department lobby will continue to open by appointment only.
Customer service and the safety of our customers and staff has been priority #1 during this pandemic. We’ve been able to continue to provide services by phone, at the drive thru and online but we understand that occasionally a face-to-face meeting is easier. You can do that by calling to set up an appointment with a representative in the appropriate department.
We encourage you to continue to conduct your banking by using our drive-thru tellers, our extensive ATM network; our on-line banking, the mobile app with remote check deposit, and bill pay options as much as possible as we continue this transition.
As we all continue to social distance and wear masks to keep this virus in check, we will feel more confident about opening the door a little wider.
