Online Banking/Mobile App Account Deletion Request

The Google Play Store and the Apple App Store now require Geddes Federal Savings and Loan Association to offer our customers the ability to request the removal of their online banking accounts and any associated data.  This is part of recent compliance updates from Google and Apple related to user privacy and data safety. 

Geddes Federal values your privacy.  If you would like to request removal of your online banking accounts and related data, simply send an email request to [email protected].

Please put “Remove Online Banking Account” in the subject line of your email and provide us with a valid phone number so we may reach you.  A representative from Geddes Federal will contact you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

IMPORTANT: Upon execution of this request, Geddes Federal will delete all associated data held in our online banking system.  The data will no longer be accessible or available to any party.  Your accounts will remain active, and your account’s transaction history will remain in our main system as long as your accounts are open and/or in accordance with regulatory record retention requirements, but all internet and Mobile Banking data will be deleted.
